Guide for Using Website

Only Sookmyung Member(Current Students, Alumni, Staff, International Students) can sign up if you are a foreigner.

1. Access the website (http://smrf.sookmyung.ac.kr)

2. Sign up for a membership

3. Reserve a equipment to use

4. Make payment

Guide for Sign-up

1. Supervisor

* Your lab members can sign up after you first sign up.

* You can check your all member’s usage history and their fee will be charged to you.

2. Student / Staff

* You can sign up after your supervisor first signs up.

* You have to choose your department and supervisor when you sign up.

* Your fee will be charged to your supervisor.

Guide for Reservation

* Reservations are available from 8:00 a.m. on the day and available hours are from 9 a.m.

* Usable time is limited to 30 minutes to 3 hours each every day.

* Changes and cancellations are only possible 1 hour before the appointment.

* If you use the equipment without leaving history, the penalty will be imposed. 

* You can check your reservation status, usage history, training schedule and etc. on [MyPage]

Guide for Payment

* You can check your usage history on [MyPage].

* Only supervisor member can check the all member’s history and download a transaction receipts.

* Only supervisor member have the right to pay.

Two ways to pay.

1. Account transfer

* Transfer the total fee to the account.

   (Bank: Shinhan 140-010-433770, Holder name: 숙명여자대학교)

2. Tax invoice

* Check your fund information before.

* Request office a tax invoice.
